Troubleshooting
Fix common issues quickly.
Rotate your device — the app re-binds the camera automatically. If stuck, force-close and reopen the app.
Go to Android Settings → Apps → VideoNarraCue → Display over other apps → Allow. Then restart Live PiP from the app.
Your raw clip is still in the gallery (Movies/VideoNarraCue). Free up storage and retry post-production export from the save dialog.
Open Settings → Restore purchases. Ensure you're signed into the same Google account used to subscribe.
Check microphone permission. Voice-follow requires Pro. Speak clearly — background noise can affect detection.
